![]() ![]() Apparently you can't play Fallout 4 at 144hz because the gameplay is tied to the FPS. It seemed to be working fine until the terminal glitch happened. I optimized the geforce experience, left everything else alone, had the refresh rate set to 144hz, and played. I've reloaded a 20 minutes older save, where the effect was not present, to not risk being really a bug of the peak that was not correcting itself, I entered the caverns, then teleported out of them, I will see if the bug comes up again. I have a 1440p 144hz monitor, and Fallout 4 is the first game I've played on my new PC. Have you tried loading a much older save, then re-loading the glitched one? Anything?ĭoes activating similar effects double-blur it, or not change it? Say you hit C for bullet time, does it stack the blur, etc? Could something be toggled where the effect ended but somehow the graphic setting didn't turned off, is what I'm pondering.Īnd one I've gotten used to trying when get a "stuck" status effect graphic glitch try disabling all power management on the computer and just left the game run without input for an hour (or hours, or overnight), to see if the effect will "run out"?įrom your wording it seems like you know what you're doing, I'm confident you'll figure it out, but this kind of thing can be time-consuming and frustrating to troubleshoot.
